2024-04-13 School of Mines E-Days Car Show

What a nice day for gathering a bunch of our Corvairs to display along with some “normal” cars at the annual E-Days event.
We had the most there of any type. We also had a lot of questions about the uniqueness of our treasured ‘Vairs.
The weather even cooperated and remained extremely pleasant while we were there.
Only one downside for the day. Mario had a fuel pump fail a few blocks from the event.
The car was stranded in a parking lot until the show ended.
Then Kevin, Steve and Tony to the rescue.
They performed some magic and rigged a temporary pump to allow Mario to get home.
