This event is being put on by the Colorado School of Mines Car Club and is free to attend

This email contains the schedule, rules, a map of where to arrive and check in, and some other information.

Schedule

Date: Sunday, April 19th 2026

9 am – Car arrival and check-in start

10 am – Show officially opens to spectators

11:30 am – Awards will be announced and handed out

12 pm – Show officially ends

Rules 

The overarching theme of this event is a Park and Chill Event.
So please be respectful and have a good attitude so that you, as well as others, can enjoy the show fully.

Please do not arrive before 9 am to allow for the car club to properly set up and direct cars into the lot.

Absolutely NO revving or burnouts of any kind when arriving, during, or after the show.
This will be strictly enforced, and you will be asked to leave the event

Once the show officially starts, please keep the movement of cars in the show to a minimum

No Drugs, Alcohol, or Firearms allowed

Arrival and Check In

****Please use 1301 19th St, Golden, CO 80401 to navigate to the event****

We will be holding the event in Lot A; however, to prevent traffic from backing up onto the off-ramps.
We are asking everyone to follow this route to allow us to check in everyone and guide them into the lot in an organized fashion.
This will be done to minimize the disruption to the rest of the traffic in the area.

We will have a Porta-Potty near the lot; however, the closest real bathroom is in the Student Rec Center, down Elm Street
